1. Booking & Reservation
All bookings made on Hotel Shivoham website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the hotel. The guest agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking or as per payment terms agreed
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (βΉ) and inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise
- Additional taxes and service charges may apply as per government regulations
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in (full refund)
- Partial Cancellation: 24-48 hours before check-in (75% refund)
- No-Show: After check-in time without cancellation (no refund)
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard Check-in: 10:00 AM
- Standard Check-out: 09:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability (additional charges apply)
- Guests must provide a valid photo ID at check-in
5. Guest Conduct & House Rules
- Guests must not disturb other guests or hotel staff
- No smoking except in designated areas
- Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded
- Noise restrictions apply between 10 PM and 8 AM
- Hotel is pet-friendly; additional charges apply for pets
- Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Hotel Shivoham is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Valuables should be kept in hotel safe deposit boxes
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating house rules
- The hotel is not liable for any injury or inconvenience caused by force majeure events
7. Personal Data & Privacy
Guest data is collected for booking and service purposes only. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling.
8. Changes & Cancellations by Hotel
Hotel Shivoham reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of overbooking or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and alternate accommodation will be offered.
9. Modifications to Terms
Hotel Shivoham reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with updated dates.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
12. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the guest and Hotel Shivoham regarding the booking and stay at the hotel.
