- ✓ Booking was made on a refundable rate (non-refundable rates excluded)

- ✓ Hotel experiences service failure/unavailability

Refund Method
- Original payment method only (no cash refunds)
- Credit/Debit card: 5-7 business days processing + 2-5 bank days
- UPI/Digital Wallet: 5-7 business days processing + 1-3 bank days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days processing + 1-2 bank days
Special Circumstances
Hotel Service Issues
If we cannot provide the booked room category or experience service failures, full refund is provided regardless of cancellation policy.
Government/Natural Disaster
Refunds are subject to government guidelines during lockdowns, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Medical/Emergency Cancellations
