How to Cancel Your Booking
- Log into your booking confirmation email
- Click on "Cancel Booking" link or button
- Confirm cancellation when prompted
- Receive cancellation confirmation email
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days from cancellation date
- Refund Method: To original payment method only
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 days may be required by your bank
- No Cash Refunds: All refunds are processed digitally
Special Circumstances
Advance Bookings (30+ days before)
Free cancellation available up to 60 days before check-in. After that, standard policy applies.
Group Bookings
Groups of 10+ rooms have modified cancellation policies. Contact our group bookings team for details.
Non-Refundable Rates
Some discounted rates are explicitly marked as non-refundable. These cannot be cancelled for any refund.
Modifications & Extensions
- You can modify dates free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in
- Extensions requested after check-in are subject to availability and additional charges
- Early checkout does not entitle refund for unused nights
